iitoto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. In rare cases where technical issues delay processing, deposits will be credited within 24 hours. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential account suspension.
You may request withdrawal of funds at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless exceptional circumstances require alternative arrangements. iitoto aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (WIB), though processing times may extend to 24 hours during peak periods or weekends.
Standard accounts are subject to a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 100,000,000. VIP account holders enjoy higher or unlimited withdrawal limits based on their tier status. We reserve the right to impose additional verification requirements for large withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50,000,000.
iitoto maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn without any gaming activity will be subject to investigation and may incur administrative fees. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.
Processing Fees: iitoto does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
Currency: All transactions are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion services are offered.
Account Matching: Withdrawal requests must be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as your iitoto account. This is a non-negotiable security requirement.
iitoto offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of iitoto and are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of each promotion. Not all players may be eligible for all promotions.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount unless otherwise specified. For example, a Rp 200,000 bonus requires Rp 6,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute 100% only for bets placed at odds of 1.80 or higher.
While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per game round or sports wager is Rp 50,000. Bets exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it. This restriction remains in effect until all wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
Each bonus has a specified validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Uncompleted bonuses and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period. Standard bonus validity is 30 days unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
iitoto employs sophisticated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other activity deemed to be abusing promotional offers. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts permanently closed.
All sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body of each sport. In the event of postponed or abandoned matches, standard industry settlement rules apply as detailed in our sports-specific betting rules. iitoto reserves the right to void bets affected by obvious errors in odds or match information.
All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games are provided by third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. In the event of technical failures, communication errors, or force majeure events that affect the platform's operation, iitoto reserves the right to void affected bets or roll back transactions to restore proper account balances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and resolve issues fairly.
While iitoto strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. iitoto is not liable for any losses arising from inability to access the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iitoto's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the incident, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
iitoto partners with third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service providers. We are not responsible for errors, failures, or breaches by these third parties, though we will reasonably assist in resolving issues that affect our players.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and for maintaining control of your gambling activity. iitoto provides responsible gaming tools but cannot control individual player behavior.

iitoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if you breach any of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, pose a risk to the integrity of our services, or for any other reason we deem necessary. In cases of account closure for Terms violations, we reserve the right to forfeit account balances and withhold winnings.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 deducted from the account balance. We will notify you via email before imposing inactivity fees.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and Indonesian commercial law to the extent applicable. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of iitoto services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate legal venues.
In the event of a dispute, you must first contact iitoto customer support to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be escalated through the following process:
iitoto's decision in dispute matters is final and binding. By using our services, you waive any right to pursue class action litigation.
